Millepora; the hydropolyp we call Fire Coral... here, apparently bleached, dead in Cozumel 2017.

Madracis pharensis (Heller 1868), Star Coral. Mostly azooxanthellate (usually found inside caves). Tropical West Atlantic. Compact, polygonal colonies. Corallite septa in two, alternating series. Occur in red, pinkish, grey and green colors.  Cozumel 2017.

Siderastrea radians. Lesser Starlet Coral. Encrusting plates or irregular domes. Colonies 4-12 inches in diameter. Corallites small (2-3 mm in diameter), look pinched in. Tan, grey, bluish purple at times. Cozumel 2017.
