My Neon Goby Doesn't Eat Anything Fed - 11/17/12

I got a Neon Goby in my 26 gallon tank about 3 weeks ago, but I never saw it eating anything that I fed him. I've tried pellets, flakes, Mysis and brine shrimp <live or frozen?> and even tried direct feeding it using turkey baster, but he doesn't seem interested in any of them.
<Try offering smaller sized foods such as Ova and Cyclop-eeze. Both foods will be appreciated by other inhabitants as well.>
The thing is, it's been 3 weeks but he still looks healthy and plump and he roams around live rocks and back wall whenever the light is on. My only guess is that he's been feeding on the pods that are crawling on my walls(got tons of them),

 but can the goby really survive feeding on only pods?
<Possibly. Pod numbers may dwindle depending on system. I suspect it will accept Ova and Cyclop-eeze.>

Neon gobies feeding question Hi WWM crew, great site! <Hey, Gage here this evening.> I was future planning for maybe 3-5 neon gobies in a 40 gallon tank with a maroon clown, purple Firefish, and 3 cardinals, will this work out ok? And I don't live anywhere near an LFS that sells frozen foods, so will the neon gobies eat flakes if I crush them up a little bit? <I would leave out the Maroon Clown, in the long run it will get too large and too aggressive. I am not a big fan of flakes, in my personal experience they tend to do more harm than good. They neon gobies will likely starve over time. How far away is this store, you could stock up on a variety of frozen foods. Have you considered making your own frozen food? Best Regards, Gage>
