Heniochus diphreutes Jordan 1903, Schooling Bannerfish.(1) Similar to the "common Heni", H. acuminatus, but with smaller mouth and more rounded breast area. Zooplanktivore that excels in a large, un-crowded system. Cleaners as juveniles. A couple off Kailua, Kona, HI.

Heniochus pleurotaenia, Ahl 1923, the Phantom Bannerfish.(2) The two horn-like projections on this species head are definitive. To six inches overall length. Shy, needs plenty of hiding places to feel comfortable in captivity. Northerly coasts, islands of the Indian Ocean.
 
Prognathodes aculeatus (Poey 1860), Caribbean Longsnout Butterflyfish. A delicate-appearing deepwater to shallows tropical west Atlantic to Brazil species. A very nice addition to a peaceful biotopic presentation. Generalized omnivore. Turks, Caicos pic.
