Hymenocera elegans Tropical Indo-West Pacific; Red Sea to Australia. Here in N. Sulawesi (Lembeh Strait). Body spots are brown circled in Blue. Occur almost always in pairs. Live in shallow water feeding on echinoderms, principally seastars.

Hypselodoris bullockii, a too-common offering in the trade. Similar to, but can be separated from Chromodoris by the former's longer, taller body, broader heads and more anterior rhinophores. Further, Hypselodoris have their simple gills arranged in a circle around the anus. Sipadan 08.
