Pseudorhombus dupliciocellatus  Regan, 1905

Ocellated flounder. Indo-Pacific. To 40 cm. Here in N. Sulawesi in 2006

 

Genus Pteragogus: Pteragogus cryptus (Valenciennes 1839), the Cocktail Wrasse. Indo-West Pacific; East Africa to PNG, south to Australia, north to Japan. To eight inches overall length. Bali 2014 
 
 Ptereleotris heteroptera (Bleeker 1855), the Blacktail Goby. Indo-Pacific, Red Sea to Marquesas. To five and a half inches in length. Rarely seen in the pet-fish trade, but wanted to add as a place marker to mention there are many other possibilities in this family (49 described species). Bali 2014  
 
 Pygoplites diacanthus (Boddaert 1772), the Regal Angelfish. Indo-Pacific; Red Sea, East Africa to the Tuamotus, north to southern Japan. To ten inches in length. Bali 2014
